HOME TOWN:
Bucks County, PA – but currently exiled in Columbus, OH.

SKILLS:
I have been a journalist and newspaper reporter for 25 years, so: none! OK, I can interview people and write on deadline, skills that won’t be of any use on RAAM.

EXPERIENCE:
I have been cycling on the obsessive side since 1990 – and have become an ultra racer this year, inspired by Paul and the two Joes (Jamison and Mann). I recently completed my first 12-hour race and will do a 24-hour race this summer. I don’t think I will ever be ready for RAAM, either physically or mentally.

EXPECTATIONS:
I am sure it will be an incredible experience – and I expect to be amazed and in awe of what Paul and all the other RAAM racers will go through and accomplish.
